If you have SIBO, or on a low FODMAPs diet, this is an excellent dessert option!
· 3/4 cup Coconut Oil
· 1/3 cup Cacao Powder
· 2 tbsps Coconut Sugar
· 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
· Melt the coconut oil in a pot over low heat. Add the cacao powder and sugar. Stir to combine.
· Ladle the mix into a mini square silicone mold and sprinkle sea salt on top. Place in the freezer to set for about 30 minutes. Remove from the mold and enjoy!
