If you have SIBO, or on a low FODMAPs diet, this is an excellent dessert option!
- 3/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/3 cup Cacao Powder
- 2 tbsps Coconut Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
- Melt the coconut oil in a pot over low heat. Add the cacao powder and sugar. Stir to combine.
- Ladle the mix into a mini square silicone mold and sprinkle sea salt on top. Place in the freezer to set for about 30 minutes. Remove from the mold and enjoy!
