These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of drlaurabrass.com (the “Site”) and any consultations, programs, digital products, or purchases offered through it. By using the Site or booking services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About This Practice
Dr. Laura Brass is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor practicing virtually in Ontario, Canada, in accordance with the standards of the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. Services are provided within the scope of naturopathic practice and do not replace conventional medical care.
2. Not Medical Advice / No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Content on this Site, including blog posts, guides, e-books, and general information, is provided for educational purposes only. It is not personalized medical advice and does not create a doctor-patient relationship. A doctor-patient relationship is only established once you have booked and completed an intake as a patient of the practice.
This Site is not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
3. Scope of Services and Outcomes
Naturopathic and functional medicine care is individualized, and outcomes vary from person to person based on many factors, including health history, adherence to a treatment plan, and individual physiology. We do not guarantee specific results, and no statement on this Site should be understood as a promise or guarantee of a particular outcome.
4. Booking, Cancellations, and Fees
Appointment booking, cancellation, and fee policies are provided at the time of scheduling and may also be set out in a separate patient agreement. Please refer to your booking confirmation or patient intake materials for current policies on cancellations, rescheduling, and late fees.
5. Digital Products and Shop Purchases
Purchases made through our Shop or IBS E-Guide are for personal, non-commercial use only. Digital products may not be copied, resold, shared, or redistributed without written permission. Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final except where required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
6. Payment
Payments for consultations, programs, and products are processed through our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and digital products, is the property of Dr. Laura Brass, ND, unless otherwise noted, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written consent.
